The Diasole is constructed with a top layer of Microcell, a "skin soft" material that has a uniform and fine cell structure, and conforms to the shape of the foot to provide maximum comfort and pressure relief. The base layer of heat moldable polyurethane measure 3/16" from the heel through the arch, tapering towards the toe, and has a durometer of Shore A 40.The Diasole is coded A5512 for Medicare reimbursement when dispensed as part of the Therapeutic Shoe Bill.
